We’re a Pet Hotel with Check-In and Check-Out Times that Ensure Everyone Gets Settled in And Heads Home Happy!
Check-In Times
Monday – Friday: 1 PM to 5 PM (early check ins between 8 AM and 11 AM include early check in fee of $20/pet). Closed between 11 AM and 1 PM
Saturday - 8 AM to 12 PM (all Saturday check ins include $20/pet early check-in fee)
Sunday – Closed
Check-Out Times
Monday – Friday: 8 AM to 11 AM (late check outs between 1 PM and 5 PM are billed for that day). Closed between 11 AM and 1 PM
Saturday - 8 AM to 11 AM (late check-outs, 11 AM to 12 PM Noon, are billed for that day).
Sunday – 4 PM to 5 PM (pick-up only, Sunday pick-ups always include charges for that day.)
We are closed on most major holidays: Christmas, New Year's Day, July 4th and Thanksgiving. In addition we don't do the Sunday pick-ups on the days before Monday holidays (Memorial Day and Labor Day). There is a 4 day minimum charge for stays over Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, and the 4th of July.
Tours are available Monday through Friday anytime during our open hours. You do not need to schedule an appointment for a tour!
Tours are unavailable on weekends.
